1) Minimum membership sale price

To protect the interests of all our customers, you are prohibited from setting the monthly membership price of your readymade membership site below $17 per month.

2) Free memberships

You may NOT offer a membership to your readymade site for free unless the customer has joined a paid site or bought a product for a price equal to or above $17per month or $97 if it's a single product.

3) Selling your site

If you wish to sell your readymade membership site to a new owner at some point in the future you can do this. Please contact us at our support desk and we'll help you to do this as smoothly as possible. Please note that if you use Paypal on your site, you cannot transfer paypal subscriptions to a new owner as Paypal do not allow this. 2Checkout and clickbank do allow this as far as we know.

4) Your EasyMemberPro script usage

The EasyMemberPro script that comes with your Readymade membership site is strictly for use with your readymade membership site only. If you cancel your readymade membership site license, then you are not entitled to use the easymemberpro script on any other site unless you buy a new license from www.easymemberpro.com
